The best counselor, therapist in Orlando.. I’ve known Mirtha Martinez 10 years ago since my son was 9 just a baby, mirtha has help us to go in through his diagnosis of Autism Asperger, I was happy to find her and how knowledgeable , understanding she has been since then.. I've been working with Mirta for years...I'm bipolar 2 and she has helped me immensely in managing my condition, getting through caretaking and the stress of that during covid. She then prepared me to handle mom's passing and she guided me through the grief process.
She is gifted in my opinion. I've had many  bad therapists over the years but mirta is a fabulous therapist. Her ability to guide, analyze,  and create with the client their solutions to the problems that they have. Is the result of great training of course but I believe she is meant to do this work. I am now working with her on managing health issues, the subsequent lifestyle changes and new challenges that my post mom's passing life requires.
